I've been working hands-on in the field of demolition, insulation, and safety upgrades for over five years. During this time, I’ve completed dozens of residential and small commercial projects — from full interior strip-outs to targeted noise reduction and environmental fixes.
I started out in construction support, learning every stage of dismantling, remediation, and building prep by doing it myself.
Over the years, I built up my own toolkit, methods, and material knowledge through real on-site work — not theory.
